1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Invoice OCR API service ("Service") provided by Cadejo Dido Productions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Service Description
The Invoice OCR API extracts data from PDF invoices. We provide the service "as is" and make no guarantees about accuracy, though we strive for 99.9% accuracy.
3. Privacy & Data Security
• We process your invoices in memory only
• No permanent storage of your documents
• All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS
• We never share your data with third parties
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer the API
• Exceed reasonable usage limits
• Process documents you don't have rights to
5. Payment Terms
• Subscription: $99/month
• Billed monthly via Stripe
• Cancel anytime, effective at end of billing period
• No refunds for partial months
6. Service Level Agreement
• 99.9% uptime target
• API rate limit: 100 requests/minute
• Max file size: 10MB per invoice
• Support response time: 24-48 hours
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last month. We're not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or data accuracy issues.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for Terms violations.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email.
